FAQ
Who can benefit from this coaching?

Leaders looking to enhance their strategic thinking and performance; professionals dealing with internal obstacles like procrastination, perfectionism, or anxiety; individuals wanting more resilience and creativity in challenging situations; and those exploring identity, meaning, or alignment with personal values.

Is this the same as therapy?

Coaching may feel “therapeutic,” but it is not therapy. Coaching focuses on the present and future, helping individuals improve performance and achieve goals, while therapy addresses mental health issues and past traumas for healing.

What exactly is your coaching methodology?

We use Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, based on the idea that our reactions depend on how we perceive events. We ask open-ended questions to help you reach your conclusions, shifting your thinking from a “narrow mindset” to a more “open and adaptable” one for problem-solving.

Do you include spirituality in your framework?

Yes, upon request. For this, we use the SPACES model, which includes Spirituality. This framework acknowledges your three aspects (body, soul, and spirit) and addresses the “Crisis of Meaning” or “Crisis of Duality” faced by high-achievers.

How do I know if the coaching is working?

Our main goal is for you to “become your own coach.” We provide tools to help you evaluate your thinking independently. While booster sessions may occur, we aim to foster your independence and self-reliance.

What are our roles and responsibilities in this partnership?

Success is based on agreements, with the coach facilitating the process, while you hold responsibility for your outcomes and well-being.
